DAY
1 - DEPART USA.
Overnight flight to Tel Aviv.
DAY 2 - ARRIVE TEL AVIV.
Shalom!
You’re met at Ben Gurion Airport and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 3 - JAFFA EXCURSION.
See the Habimah National Theatre, Rabin Square and Carmel market before continuing
to the ancient port of Jaffa. Now visit Mini Israel - a miniature park featuring
330 replica models. Tonight enjoy a Shabbat dinner at your hotel. (BB,HD)
DAY 4 - TEL AVIV - GALILEE.
Explore the ruins at Caesarea. Then on via Haifa to Acre to see the
fortress, old harbour area and Crusader crypt. Continue to Nazareth where you visit
the Church of the Annunciation. Stay tonight at a Kibbutz guesthouse.

DAY 5 - GALILEE -
DEAD SEA.
Visit the 2000 year old wooden boat before taking a boat ride on
the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum and the Mount of Beatitudes. Follow the River
Jordan to the Dead Sea for a dip in the buoyant waters. Hotel: Hod Hamidbar Resort

DAY 6 - DEAD SEA -
JERUSALEM.
Ride by cable-car up to the fortress of Masada. Drive through
the Judaean Hills to Mount Scopus for views over Jerusalem. Then visit King David’s
Tomb, the Room of the Last Supper and the Western Wall.

DAY 7 - JERUSALEM.
Tour
Yad-Vashem, the moving museum commemorating the Jewish people killed during the
Holocaust. Continue to the Shrine of the Book, containing the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Tonight enjoy an oriental dinner at a local restaurant. (BB,HD)
DAY 8 - JERUSALEM.
Visit
the Garden of Gethsemene then walk through the Old City to see the Temple Mount.
Continue along the Via Dolorosa to see the Stations of the Cross, Ecce Homo Arch,
Pool of Bethesda and Church of the Holy Sepulchre. (BB)
DAY 9 - JERUSALEM -
CAIRO.
Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for your flight to Cairo where you are
met and transferred to the tour hotel.

DAY 10 - CAIRO.
Meet your
Egyptian Tour Director and drive to Memphis, to see the statue of Rameses II and
alabaster sphinx. Nearby at Sakkara, view the Step Pyramid of Zoser I, the oldest
in the world. Now visit inside one of the Pyramids of Giza and see the Sphinx! This
evening, return to Giza for a magical Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids. (BB)
DAYS 11-14 - CAIRO - NILE CRUISE.
Fly to Luxor, the former capital of the New Kingdom. In private moorings near the edge of town, your cruise boat awaits. Board in time for lunch and then enjoy a horse and carriage ride to Luxor Temple which provides an unforgettable introduction to ancient Egypt. Now tour the awe inspiring temple complex of Karnak with its vast Hypostyle Hall, and avenues of sphinxes.

DAY 15 - ASWAN - CAIRO.
Optional excursion to Abu Simbel, before transferring to the airport
for your return flight to Cairo.

DAY 16 - CAIRO SIGHTSEEING.
Visit the Citadel for a breathtaking view of the city of Cairo and visit the great
Mosque of Mohammed Ali. Later, visit the famous Egyptian Museum to see the splendid
treasure recovered from the tomb of Tutankhamun. (BB)
DAY 17 - CAIRO - AMMAN.
Transfer to the airport and fly to Amman, where you meet your Jordanian Tour Director.

DAY 18 - AMMAN - PETRA.
The trip to Jerash reveals the most beautifully preserved example of a Greco-Roman
city in existence. Continue to Madaba to see the mosaic map in St George’s
Church. Travel on to Mt Nebo, before reaching Petra.

DAY 19 - PETRA SIGHTSEEING.
A full day to explore the Treasury, Amphitheatre and ancient tombs of the ‘rose-red’
city of Petra (BB,D)
DAY 20 - PETRA - AMMAN.
Drive along the King’s Highway to visit two authentic 12th century crusader
fortresses - Kerak and Shobak. Back in Amman see the Citadel Hill and Roman Amphitheatre.
